After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this paper, Tianjin Yangliuqing as research material, and the structure of their paintings, background, style and moral and so do the detailed description focuses on the Yangliuqing New Year pictures for the Chinese industrial design and Tianjin as well as the importance of Chinese culture.Especially in the transformation of Chinese economic structure today, Tianjin Yangliuqing New Year pictures´ value for the realistic significance of industrial design is special. From the traditional new year pictures in search of design inspiration,researching the modelling methods of industrial design,which is the way our Industrial design must to go.
