With the rapid growth of economics, culture, science and arts, the cultural creative industries have become a new pillar of social development of China today. Based on optimization of the current socio-economic structure and the development trend of the industrial transformation and upgrading, this paper analyzes the function of the creative industries in the manufacturing process of transformation and upgrading, and indicates the quality of talents in creative design from the angle of the characteristics of creative industries: combining the professional skills with the diversity of the knowledge and potential, which can provide a better service to the transition and upgrading of creative industries and its development.
