Study on the relationship between the identification of intellectual capital and enterprise´s performance

In the new economic era, intellectual capital of enterprises as an important capital to business performance is playing a growing more important role. Good intellectual capital management regime will possibly bring positive effects to the performance of the enterprise. This paper will first define the connotation and elements of intellectual capital, and then divided into macroscopic and microscopic aspects, we will give further discussion on the ideas of intellectual capital recognition, analysis of direct relationship between corporate intellectual capital and corporate performance, as well as interaction effect of intellectual capital elements on firm performance. Finally the essay will discuss the application of intellectual capital as a tool to enhance selection of the path of enterprise performance.
