Abstract :
Although yellow river delta region has obvious advantages on location and rich resources, its regional development level is lagged comparing to other eastern coastal regions. The most important reason is the difference in construction of regional innovation system. As an important factor to enhance the regional competition, the dimensions of regional innovation system in the scope of counties´ economy in Yellow River Delta was analyzed in this paper. Based on the multiple measures applied in yellow river delta regions, the innovation performance of 19 counties were calculated by using cross-efficiency DEA model. At last, the corresponding measures on constructing counties´ economy in Yellow River Delta were proposed following the traits of regional innovation system in this specific region.
