Abstract :
Paper presents new approach to determination of compensating power in Power Surge Compensator control algorithm. Presented method is based on multilevel wavelet decomposition where quantity of transfer energy is control by variable structure of decomposition block. Preliminary simulation results of discuss method done in MATLAB environment are presented. Review of power surge problem in a ships power plant is also subject of this paper.
