Abstract

The contract explanation is an important part of the performance of contract, and ensures the contract to be smoothly2 implemented. But the author discovers that the main problems in the contract explanation are the defects of the contract text, indifference the contract explanation, explanation program disorder and the communication obstacle in the explanation program, through combing the literature of contract explanation, questionnaire surveys and the field researches. So this paper briefly states the notion and improtance of the contract explanation, discusses the main problems in the contract explanation by combining cases,and put forward some suggestions to improve the contract explanation work.
