Abstract :
This paper describes a method of modelling the performance of a Passive Coherent Location (PCL) system, utilizing a rigorous propagation model. The model allows for spatial and frequency diversity of the network of receivers and transmitters implementing a proposed Passive Coherent Location system. The modelling includes the important calculation of Signal to Interference ratio, a major limitation of PCL.
