Data mining has attracted a great deal of attention in higher education in recent years, not only in student´s management, but also teacher´s management, such as individualized personnel training, prediction and comparison on students´ achievement, online teaching, teaching effectiveness evaluation, and so on. However, the research and application of data mining technology to teachers´ position settlement have not yet carried out.
