Abstract :
Based on the theory and cognition, we bring furniture into the system of human-furniture-society-nature(environment) so as to build modern Chinese furniture design system which promote human live in harmony with nature and ensure sustainable development, and then discuss the value appeals and reference function of environment in modern Chinese furniture design.
