Abstract :
UTC photodiode module with responsivity of 0.72 A/W (TE/TM = 0.4 dB) and bandwidth > 50 GHz is demonstrated. 517 mV output voltage (+12 dBm optical power) and 1.38 ps jitter are achieved at 40 Gb/s.
