Abstract :
A design methodology for wideband wireless local area networks is proposed, where a cost-to-benefit value is used as an input constraint. The design model parameters, which are an output of the procedure, can be translated effectively in terms of system dimensioning. Possible design tools related to the proposed methodology consist of performance charts where the input constraints are related to the key model parameters
