Abstract :
This paper first analyzes the form of expression about low collaborative innovation effectiveness of Yunnan university research team; and then proposes influencing factors of collaborative innovation effectiveness of university research team according to social cognitive theory; and verifies those influencing factors in empirical methodology, the results shows that influencing factor of collaborative innovation effectiveness of Yunnan university research team includes: self-efficacy, research values, expectations of research, communication methods, communication frequency, collaborative thinking, collaborative behavior, interaction mechanism, the wish of interaction.
