Abstract :
It is shown that if a system dx/dt=F( z), for z∈Cn, F:Cn→Cn holomorphic, t∈R, is locally asymptotically stable at some equilibrium point in the Nth approximation for some N, then necessarily its linear part is asymptotically stable also
