This paper analyses the development status of Tianjin tourism industry, the factors restricting and the importance of the development, expounds that the development of Tianjin tourism should return to its original culture and the important influence of Haihe river culture, clarifies that to Haihe river as the carrier, combine the Haihe river culture with the tourism industry in the new era, establish a tourism history river which is a perfect fusion with a modern metropolis. Visitors can also swim in the Haihe river as themselves in the history. In this process, it permeates a thick cultural atmosphere and irresistible appeal, which makes the Haihe river culture and history of Tianjin more spread, and make great contributions for people understanding the culture of Tianjin.
