Research on interactive design on financial services based on bank self-assist platform

With the continuous development of the market economy, electronic financial services have influenced everyone´s life. This new terminal service has become the main development goal of the financial industry because of its convenience, quickness and safety. But with the rapid growth of its size and the number, financial services interactive system have also revealed some shortcomings. For example, the instructions are too complex and the systems can not satisfy all kinds of customers. The design method of electronic interactive multimedia system of financial services the theory of UCD was analyzed in this paper. A relatively reasonable solution was proposed, and the future development orientation and application field of multimedia electronic financial services was researched. A reasonable development plan on the popularity and application of electronic interactive system of financial services was proposed relying on innovative design of industrial design.
