Abstract :
This paper studies the bending deformation of plastic honeycomb panels, with analysis of the plastic honeycomb panel with the basic structure and some of the features and application fields and future. This Article obtained the relationship between honeycomb apertures and bending strength by SimulationXpress computer simulation MOR experiments, draws a continuous aperture - strain curve, Analysis of the pore size of honeycomb panels - strain curve characteristics. By analyzing the bending deformation of cellular mechanical properties of plate and found the plastic deformation of honeycomb plate bending model of an ideal honeycomb aperture, which for plastic honeycomb panels in furniture and other applications, such as the construction sector has an important significance. Honeycomb plate by drawing a continuous curve of the bending deformation, which is the choice of plastic honeycomb panel bending strength and pore structure within the cellular significance in the design. This is the field of plastic honeycomb panels in furniture and other engineering applications have some reference and guidance.
