Abstract :
Economic fluctuations, widespread use of outsourcing and globalization have requested a higher adaptive ability of supply chains. It´s very necessary to construct a supply risk identification and assessment system. In this paper, supply risk analysis will be studied from supply chain management perspective. At present, the majority of the current researches focus on the analysis of supplier risk or a certain aspect of the supply risk. In this paper, the supply risk assessment model is investigated. Firstly, the paper analyzes the factors of supply risks in a systematic way and constructs the supply risk assessment indexes framework. And then, the hybrid combination weighting method with AHP and Entropy method is proposed. Finally, the empirical research study is given to demonstrate the proposed model´s effectiveness.
