A study on the system architecture of public library alliance based on the Enterprise Architecture

Public libraries are recognized as a vital requirement for the cultural development of the society. However, the strength of a single public library is weak, and it´s difficult to achieve the duties of the protection of the cultural rights of citizens and providing public cultural service. So the establishment of Public Libraries Cultural Information Service Union is imperative. Enterprise Architecture modeling is a complex process, so it need to from multiple perspectives to describe the system architecture of the public libraries cultural information service union and produce a series of enterprise model which able to represent the business conditions. Based on the analysis of building concepts and principles of the cultural information service alliance, this article explores ideas and framework of the construction of the public libraries cultural information service union deeply, and tries to put forward the business structure and environment architecture of the public library union based on enterprise architecture.
