Study of safety material culture construction and management

It was put forward that through constructing safety material culture to create a good working environment to improve safety performance and reduce the rate of safety accidents. Based on discussing the problems of safety material cultural construction, theory of environment-behavior, environmental perception was utilized to elaborate the mechanism of safety material culture construction. The implementation process was designed, including the prepare phase of making sure constructing goal and environment desire; the materialized stage of refined and institutionalized, standardized safety culture; the safety material culture construction, feedback and management phase of implementation, adjustment, review and using the 5S method.
