Abstract

Purpose of this work is research of the way for perfection of management systems of educational process. The “Russian method” of training and new information technologies based on expert and intelligent systems were advised to solve the problems. As a result of research the universal approach for perfection of management systems of educational process was formed. The originality of the method consists in application of expert and intelligent technologies as well as use of “Russian method” for humanities.
