Abstract :
Knowledge economy era is the era of talent competition, especially high-level talents. How to cultivate high-level talents is a problem that need immediately be solved in Hebei province. According to the present situation of high-level personnel training in Hebei province, we combine the characteristics of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve the problems of high-level personnel cultivation in Hebei province. By using AHP-the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper analyzes the factors which influence the training of high-level talent in Hebei province, points out the deficiency of talent training in Hebei province, and according to the deficiency of cultivation mechanism about high level talent in Hebei province, put forward the effective solution.
