The vocal music education in institutions of higher learning under the background of multimedia technology

In today´s society, the multimedia technology has been widely applied in various fields. Yet, it has been effectively promoted and emphasized in the vocal music education in institutions of higher learning. The paper starts from the analysis of the long-existing questions in vocal music education in institutions of higher learning, and provides some new thoughts to solve the problems by introducing the application of multimedia technology related software programs and the mode in institutions of higher learning, to promote teaching reform and enrich the teaching means.
