Abstract :
Both practice and theory of enterprise management put forward a demand for study on tacit knowledge in the field of knowledge management. Based on the basic theory, this paper chooses and tests relative elements of enterprise tacit knowledge (ETK) by questionnaire investigation, classifies and names these elements by exploratory factor analysis, comes to the conclusion that ETK contains six dimension, namely tacit technology, corporate culture, external relationship, staff skill, organizational coordination and cognition of employee, and then makes verification on exploration result by confirmatory factor analysis. On this basis, the structure dimension model of ETK is built, which better reflects composition and structure of ETK and provides important basis for further research on Management of Enterprise Tacit Knowledge. In addition, designed questionnaire of ETK is of good reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate ETK.
