  • Abstract
    With standing enrollment expansion of colleges, the employment situation of the graduates is more and more severe. Generally, the practical skills and innovation capability of the graduates are demanded in practical work. The research results reflected as three aspects. Firstly, the current condition of practical teaching in Hebei University of Technology was investigated to understand the opinion of teachers and students. Secondly, the various affecting factors of practical teaching were made clear and the existing problems were summarized. Thirdly, the innovation management suggestions were put forward aimed to solve the existing problems. We hope the research can provide reference for decision making of undergraduate teaching, promote the level of teaching and management, and make contribution to development of students and the university.
