Abstract
A method capable of diagnosing arbitrary digital circuits in the presence of multiple faults is developed. The method uses a stable-table representation of the components. The circuit is entered graphically. It is possible to produce a diagnosis without making any assumption about the fault behavior. Prior knowledge about the correct operation of some components can be taken into account
