  • Abstract
    Because different expert has discrepancy in decision-making process when handling the mutually interacting and restricting factors, and they have different "weight" in dealing with the factors. Usually the decisions from the expert are far from the concentrative decisions which can not guarantee this decision plan is the perfect plan. Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory in view of the multifactors decision-making question, we should establish the coordinate theory and method which is decided by multi-experts to make the decision information to many policy makers. Moreover, we should use the measure to calculate various policy-making vectors with the consistency on the decision information collection through the consultative process in order to build up the comprehensive decision which is greatly influenced by the overwhelming majority decision-making opinion. This paper offers the computation process and the application example and designs the corresponding intelligent computer decision-making supporting system.
