Abstract :
The new policies of humanist management and soft management are embodied in the personalized management, which is based on the standardized personalized analysis and discovery mechanism. Based on the information filtering, this paper analysis and proposed the personalized information management system model for enterprise users. Then the hybrid user interest model with forgetting mechanism is established.
