Abstract :
The urbanization in china involves two kinds of production factors: rural land and labor in the rural reform, that is, farmers´ land property rights protection and the transfer of rural labor force. The rural land reform during urbanization includes the definition of the property rights in rural areas, reasonable compensation in land expropriation, improved transfer system of land operation, and land reallocation during the contracting period. In order to protect land property rights, we should improve the existing laws, clearly define the property rights of rural land, establish a modern rural financial system, weaken the ownership, materialize operation right and use right, endow the farmers with property subject, so that the farmers could share the land value-added benefits of the reallocated land the land during the contract period, so as to ensure the benefits of themselves, improving the process of urbanization as well as helping to shape a harmonious society.
