Abstract
A sinusoidal oscillator in which both the frequency and amplitude are electronically controlled is considered. The approach provides fast frequency and amplitude control. A detailed consideration of nonlinear distortion is given. The frequency can be controlled in the range of 16 Hz to 16 kHz (in three overlapping bands), with a level of distortion which is between -40 and -55 dB
