  • Abstract
Currently the first fully European DVB-T compliant single-chip COFDM receiver in a 0.35 /spl mu/m CMOS technology (with embedded DRAM) is a joint cooperation of Nokia and Infineon Technologies (formerly Siemens Semiconductors). Compared to other solutions, this receiver supports 2k, 8k demodulation standards for 6, 7 and 8MHz channels in a single mixed-signal chip device including all analog and digital data processing and error correction functions.
