Abstract
E-procurement is an effectual purchase mode. XML-based or EDI-based information system can´t support the real time and dynamic requirement of e-procurement. The SOA may realize integration of the application procedure crossing platform and enables the information to be sharing in real-time between the related application procedures. This passage takes NH group for example, introduced Web services identification and extraction and the development process of Web services.
