The college head-teacher plays a vital role in the ideological education and management of college student, and it also is the key points and the core for building a harmonious class. This article is guided by the work idea and work duty of college head-teacher, to reform and innovate the new working ideas of college head-teacher, which puts forward the work policy of “one central task, two basic points and three elements”, that is, take “security and stability” as the center, take “to promote the class construction of learning style” and “to raise the level of scientific contest” as the basic points, take “to grasp the class backbone”, “to grasp the three poor students” and “good information recording and archiving” as the elements. It plays a practical and far-reaching significance of the efficiency and scientific for the constant improvement of the work of college head-teacher.
