Abstract :
It is significant to control pH value rapidly and accurately for neutralization reaction process, which is characterized by critical nonlinearity and strong disturbance. In this paper, a nonlinear model is built taking the case of overflow neutralization reaction pool. And a linearization method based on inverse model is proposed. On the base of nonlinear compensator, a single closed-loop PI control scheme is applied in pH neutralization reaction process. Accepting the flow of the modulated liquid as main disturbance, the simulation results suggest that the proposed scheme has good steady state and dynamic performance.
