With the development of the integration of global economy, Supply Chain Management is taken seriously by enterprises from countries all over the world. The development of E-Commerce has provided new opportunities to supply chain management. This paper starts from the fundamental concepts, analyses the impact of Electronic Commerce on supply chain management, and puts forward the main problems that our country´s enterprises meet while developing the Electronic Commerce supply chain, and gives the corresponding solutions to the problems.
