    This paper studies a quantitative analysis method for the chilled meat logistics system safety based on GO-FLOW methodology. Through a systematical analysis of chilled meat cold-chain, we build up its GO-FLOW chart and analyze its signals, operators and calculated rules. Then the application of the method with an example is demonstrated in detail. The reliability and failure probability of every network nodes are calculated using GO algorithm. From the result analysis, we can find out the key nodes affecting chilled meat logistics system safety and some improvement means.
