After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Kim et al. proposed a new fuzzy linear regression model. When the order of model is 1, they obtained the least squares estimate of the parameters and proved its consistency and asymptotic normality. In this paper, we consider the fuzzy least squares estimate of the parameters of the multivariate fuzzy linear regression model and its asymptotic character.
