Abstract
An online software tool is described for converting the real and imaginary components of an S-parameter with uncertainties to polar format with uncertainties (either linear magnitude and phase, log magnitude (dB) and phase or VSWR and phase). The tool uses a Monte Carlo method to propagate distributions through the transformation equations i.e. to obtain the distribution of the output quantities from the assumed distribution of the input quantity. Uncertainty intervals for the output format with a coverage probability of 95% are obtained from the relevant (marginal) output distributions.
