Abstract :
It is believed that it is valuable to develop the application of low temperature (LT) poly-Si TFT-LCD to personal digital assistant (PDA) display. It is important to develop a circuit suitable for an LT poly-Si TFT. This 3.8-inch diagonal, and QVGA formatted, reflective color LCD with integrated 3 b DAC driver uses LT poly-Si TFTs. The LCD panel has a narrow frame and low power consumption of 15 mW.
