In the supplier management, the supplier recovery management is one important area. The scope of supplier recovery is widespread, such as delivery, quality, performance, or other contractual element. During the modern production and management, how to help suppliers to improve their performance to recovery has become a key problem. The author tried to utilize Lean Six Sigma to solve problems of the supplier recovery management. Lean Six Sigma is an new advanced method of management. It integrates Lean production and Six Sigma Management. It focus on the subtle production and the strategic management simultaneously. To use the thinking of the lean six sigma management in the supplier recovery management can bring greater economical benefit than before. In this paper an case about the performance to supplier recovery is used to prove this way is very practically and effectively.
