Notice of Retraction

For multi-project management, the major existing problem is resources conflict. However, the single project scheduling methods is not available there. In the multi-project management, there are many problems, such as lack of dynamic, trouble with cascading effect, coordination in the multi-project and so on. This article is based on critical chain multi-project management skills, scheduling the multi-project, setting up project buffer, feeding buffer and resource buffer, settling project resources conflict and carrying out the multi-project management.
