Abstract
In early stage of digital learning development, most of design work was done by technical staffs. Designers hardly participate in. This leads to the products lacking of artistic nature. As users´ aesthetic capabilities grows, they put forward higher requirements of artistic quality for digital learning resources design, which needs cooperation of technical staffs and art designers. So we must establish an effective evaluation mechanism. Only operable index system of artistic quality can help to achieve perfect integration of technology and art. In order to ensure the scientifcalness and validity of artistic quality, the combining method of expert review and user survey should be used. In view of this, this paper makes a tentative discussion on the artistic factors and evaluation methods of digital learning resources design, but the following issues have to be studied further.
