Abstract
In this paper micromagnetic simulations of magnetization switching driven by spin-polarized current in exchanged biased pillar devices are discussed. Depending on the exchanged biased angle the switching can occurs by means of a nucleation process or by coherent rotation of the spins. For a fixed value of current, exchange biased devices at different angle with respect to the easy axis show a reduced switching time
