Abstract :
The present work consists in obtaining Cellular Automata models from simulation trajectories of protein folding, we describe the characteristics of the obtained models and discusses the advantages gained from the identification of rules based only on local interactions from a contact map representation. We detail experiments on the protein HP35 - NleNle which demonstrates the validity of the proposed approach.
