New forms for outsourcing decisions, such as suppliers´ selection and building of project contract, has had a growing emphasis due to a increasing of complexity of project management over the years. This kind of decision, in the project management context, normally involves a group of actors in the decision process, representing the client´s interests. In this study, an application was conducted in the construction sector, but this can be performed in the contexts of other projects. The relationships between and among the client, designers, consultants, the contractor and the subcontractor represent a crucial link needed to improve quality, performance and competitiveness in companies. With this in view, this study presents a new project management decision method by using a multi-criteria group decision model.
