Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper summarized and classified series of risk factors that affect the risk management of project, then use widely-applied methods, such as Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), to score these risk factors accordering to their importance degree. this paper also reported the results of a case study where the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to make decision in project management. The paper uses the knowledge of AHP which combines the qualitative analysis with quantitative research and puts forward a new project risk management idea.
