The rational allocation of human resources for the enterprise development and smooth running plays an important role. To ensure that employees assigned to the most suitable jobs is to guarantee the management decision can be effective execution by subordinates. This model of human resources for constructing evaluation system put forward a kind method of the comprehensive evaluation of the human resource allocation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Mathematics. By using the method of human resources can determine, and helps us to understand the quality of human resource allocation situation, so that we do further improve on human resource allocation scheme.
