The shaping of the buyer´s market and the increasingly throat-cutting competition both serve as the key reasons for the account sale being the essential selling means for enterprises, therefore, it matters a great deal for businesses to exactly assess the returns of the account sale and balance the returns and risks of credit. In this paper, the profit evaluation of the account sale would be regarded as a discrete-time continuous-state Markov process, and the probability of contract-violated enterprises relevant to the tally company along with information acquisition costs would also be fully taken into consideration. Under information entropy and dynamic planning theory, model of profit evaluation under imperfect information has been established to promote its preciseness, scientific credibility and to lay a better decision-making foundation for tally enterprises.
