Abstract :
The Seat & Play platform is a customized approach for music tuition that uses MIDI and e-learning technologies. This virtual learning environment integrates a tutorial and exerciser components to augment the teaching of harmony in different ways like self-teaching, self-practicing and automatic evaluation. The software has been developed with the GoF design patterns in order to use recurring solutions to common problems.
