Abstract
There are plenty of e-learning resources in the Internet. The development of technology to support learners is important. Generally learners want to know what to learn to satisfy their needs. Employers want to hire a person who has specific skills. Those needs can be solved by using a model proposed in this paper: masterfulness definition model. This model includes standard learning object (SLO), learning road map and masterfulness definition. The masterfulness definition model can be used to evaluate a specific masterfulness of learners.
