Abstract
In order to satisfy the needs of effective and accurate test for the control board of control and protective switching devices, an automatic test system based on Lab VIEW was studied in this paper. The system used high-speed acquisition card to output control signals and acquire the test signals during the test; the software developed by LabVIEW was used to acquire and analyze the test signals to realize measurement, display, analysis, preservation of the corresponding signals. The hardware configuration and software design of the test system are introduced in detail. This test system could carry out an automatic test for power supply circuit, the current sampling circuit, the heat capacity-voltage circuit, short input pulse signal waveform, and release voltage waveform of the CB1 control board in real time. The application shows that the designed system has the advantages of used easily, friendly interface and high efficiency monitoring and so on.
